This travel guide will not include any of the usual suspects, but rather a guide to a slow romantic weekend including some of the most iconic places. So, if you are looking for idea small and quirky places, stop reading. This is an homage to the finest of Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The highlight of our weekend was undoubtedly our stay at the illustrious <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dorchestercollection.com\/paris\/hotel-plaza-athenee\">H\u00f4tel Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e<\/a>. This iconic establishment, epitomizes Parisian elegance and luxury, offering an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=4m1prnjNPcM&amp;ab_channel=ctran165\">unforgettable experience<\/a> that seamlessly blends historic charm with modern sophistication &#8211; and a view of the Eiffel tower. The experience starts even before you enter through the classic revolving doors of this classic hotel dating back to 1913. The menu is meticulously curated, yet the breakfast chef is ready to accommodate any additional requests. The extraordinary attention to detail and refined elegance are epitomized by the artfully sculpted butter. On this bright September weekend, though, there was no sign of sorrow\u2014only laughter and light. I disagree. And if you are in Paris for only two or three days, why take a chance. For Paris you can rely on the <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.michelin.com\/en\/fr\/ile-de-france\/paris\/restaurants?sort=distance\">Michelin guide<\/a> for almost every type of food at many different price levels. The list includes 101 options and with multiple search options. Within this list, any choice is a good choice, from cosy classic bistros like <a href=\"https:\/\/guide.michelin.com\/en\/ile-de-france\/paris\/restaurant\/benoit5826\">Benoit<\/a> or modern cuisine onboard gastronomic Seine cruise on <a href=\"https:\/\/donjuan2.yachtsdeparis.fr\/en\">Don Juan II<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although not in the Michelin guide, but with a stellar view of the Eifel tower that almost out stages the food, try the terrace at &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/girafe-restaurant.com\/la-suite-girafe\/\">La Suite Girafe<\/a>, an upscale seafood restaurant located on the 9th floor of the Cit\u00e9 de l\u2019Architecture et du Patrimoine. &nbsp;The terrace was one part of the conservator\u2019s apartment in the 1930\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paris is magnetic, and I will never be &#8220;done&#8221; with the city of love.
